Build QualityThe quality of this changing pad meets my high expecations for this brand and price range-- it is very well made with easy to access and open zippers, Very useful well made compartments and it has a variety of nice durable fabric sewn in an attractive design.Smart Design Choice: Diapers become pillow:There is a gusseted zippered pocket right where you would / could rest your baby/toddlers head (see picture 4,5 - the pocket is underneath the diapers) If you put some spare diapers in there it becomes a plush pillow -- Genius idea!Second pocket.There is a secondary pocket just above you can use for wipes (picture 4,5- very top)Third pocketThere is a third external pocket (picture 1,2) that can be used to store an bulky items that (diaper cream, spatula etc) It is very elastic and holds large items when you need it but lays flat if not used.Soft/ easy clean / warm matThe mat is soft and warm to the touch yet easy to clean. It is extra wide which is great for floor changes when you have a wild toddler.CarryingThe bag is easy to carry by hand and has a clip that is made to clip onto a stroller but just be used to attach to a diaper back pack or just used as an easy pull cord to pull out of a backpack.Concrete color matchingIf you happen to have some of the smaller concrete colored osprey bags and are wondering if they match I have a picture of the changing pad next to my osprey crossbody bag. The colors match but the fabric is different texture.Final thoughtsI really like this bag/pad combo. It is very useful, looks great, highly functional, well made, and very compact. I've only used it a few days but I'm very impressed. I highly recommend it
