Very happy with my purchase. The white part is some sort of "fake" leather, with a nice finish to it. Black neck piece is made of soft nylon, pleasant to wear for a longer period. Adjustable velcro strap makes it easy to adjust to your arm-size (including the armour itself). Very good price-quality ratio. Would defenitely order again.
