My husband bought me this because my last one, which was through sleep number, literally burnt out. I have a rare spinal nerve root injury called cauda equina syndrome, facet arthropathy and muscles spasms, this list goes on, but that is not what you are here for. AKA: I am the definition of a bad back, my picture is next to the phrase in the urban dictionary. I have to have a bed heater to get through. I love this one! I have a heat intolerance in my lower legs and feet from nerve damage in my spine that causes them to swell, being able to heat up the different zones is exactly what I need!!!!! No more danged if I do and danged if I don't with heating the bed. The only suggestion I have for product improvement is to add a cycle function where it will cycle on and off throughout the night at a time set by the user. Other than that, this is perfect. We have a split king so I have the twin xl. You will not be disappointed.It was defective did not workExactly what I was looking for. This was worth every penny, my Husband and I love it. Keeps us very warm in the Northern Cold.I absolutely love this topper! The pad keeps warm and helps with getting to sleep and staying asleep. Also helps with my achy back and joints...no more annoying small heating pads to ease my pain! I have this topper to help with that and also relaxes me!This product helped my back so much. Have had pain for 2 years and since using this topper I have been sleeping through the night with no discomfort. Such a wonderful treat to get into bed after a long cold day. Would highly recommend.I really enjoyed using the product. It was great for my lower back pain and main for a great night sleep!
