when i first saw the box all broken and the missing parts and the plastic in the box was open and empty and had grease on it.I was disappointed with this order, right from the start. I got the brake pads and the silver clips, but the clips only got 3 and did not get the 4 rubber boots.The box was broke and the product looked like it had been returned and these parts were for another type of Honda Civic. I attempted to put the brake pads in but they looked to big, and had to go buy another set and those were correct and these was bigger for another type of vehicleI had to go buy the correct parts and had the store find out what brake pads these were.they were for a Honda Civic HYBRID. I never mentioned or was this a product that was explained in the ad. I was HAPPYwith the 2 day PRIME but that is all will not order from this company again.
