I was slightly disappointed that the sizing was on the small side.The Destroyer website offers the advice "if you take a large kneepad then you'll probably need a large elbow pad".Looks as though I need XL.A bit tight but just about wearable.If I didn't live in the UK then I would probably have returned them for a larger size.Not the same construction as the Pro knee pads either which was a disappointment.
