My diaper bag didn't come with a changing pad and this is perfect. It folds up nicely and fits into my relatively small diaper bag. It is easy to wipe off.For the price and how simple it is, totally worth it. Easy to clean pretty much water proof, and compact.We have tried so many diaper changing pads - the cute ones, the ones with extra pockets, the ones that roll up and fit on your dresser diaper changing station, the clutch styles, you name it. THIS ONE IS OUR FAVORITE! We used it for 2-3 years with our first son until it started cracking. While preparing for the arrival of our second son, we knew this was the diaper changing pad we wanted to buy again. This one has a bit of cushion to it, but the BEST part is how smooth it is. You can quickly slide that diaper under Baby's bum without any friction, which is a lifesaver as Baby grows bigger and stronger and you need to move FAST. All the other diaper pads we tried had some friction when trying to slide diapers in and out under Baby's bum. As other reviewers have mentioned, cleanup is a breeze, and this is definitely waterproof. We love gifting this pad to new parents. It’s great quality, I just don’t think a 9 month old would fit on it. I have this in the diaper bag, but I also bought a toolik changing mat- much better for bigger babes.My absolute fab rite changing pad. This is my second purchase of this item. I use it as my changer inside and out. No need for big, fancy changing pads abs changing tables! I store it in a diaper caddy, that I created, and just fold it out when needed. It is super easy to wipe down. I highly recommend this changing pad!This product is great! Is portable, reusable, easy-to-wipe-clean changing pad that I can use at home or on the go. I can now change a diaper on a bed, for instance, and be able to protect the bed from staining. But most importantly also, it protects my baby from coming in contact with surfaces from public places while on the go.When my baby was born, the hospital gave me a gift bag from Gerber that included a changing pad that is similar to the Summer Infant one. Since then, I've thought that it'd be nice to have one pad for home use and another one to use for going out. After visiting various local stores, I found that the pad I wanted was not being sold individually. The pads would come packaged inside travel bags or diaper changing kits, which were costly, and included items I did not have any use for. Needless to say, their colors and designs were unappealing.After searching online for a while, finally, I was able to find a changing pad that is affordable, appealing, and good quality. The Gerber pad I have has a plastic front and back just like the Summer Infant one, but the edges are sealed with a cloth-like material, which could easily get wet or soiled. The Summer Infant pads are better because their edges are also plastic, which can easily be wiped clean if they get dirty. They even include a velcro seal tab so that the pad can stay folded when not in use.I'm glad I finally found this product. For something I have to be doing various times a day for perhaps a few years, I think it's worth having something that's convenient and that's going to make my life easier.These really are invaluable. I bought two - one for the diaper bag and one for home - and I've bought one for all my pregnant friends. They're easy to use and easy to clean - protects the baby and whatever surface I've put him on and a cinch to wipe off with a baby wipe when finished. I use bleach wipes for major messes, let dry, and then re-wipe with a baby wipe or wet paper towel to remove any residue. At home I use this on top of the changing table when I suspect that there might be a major mess...much easier to clean than the linens on the table and nicer than disposable options. I love that they are smaller than most - easier to deal with and travel with - and honestly how often are the kiddo's legs and feet on the ground anyway, when you're changing a diaper? I've used these all kinds of places - including the back seat of the car - they're perfectly sized. These are surprisingly well made considering the price and are holding up well under moderate use. I will continue to buy them, they are such a great deal!This is exactly what I was looking for: a simple, waterproof changing pad that you can plop down anywhere and turn any surface into a changing table! Our apt. is too small to fit a full changing table in our room with the limited space, so we needed something we could put on the bed or floor or wherever to make a changing space for our baby. This one works great for that purpose -- I love that it is waterproof so our bed is protected against spills and you can just wipe it off for easy clean-up. It is thin enough to be foldable and portable, yet padded enough to use on any surface (no, it's not as padded as a full changing table-top, but it's not meant to be one, either!). The only glitch I realized after using it a few times was that I have to keep a piece of cloth or folded diaper under my baby girl when I change her otherwise when she pees it puddles up under her and rolls all the way up her back! This issue is kind of unavoidable with any waterproof pad, though, and it still does the job of protecting the surface of our bed, which is what I was more concerned about to begin with. Bottom line, great product, very usable.Sinceramente es un buen producto pero lo esperaba más grande/largo para mi bebé... solo sirve para bebés más chiquitos o como hasta los 8 meses aprox. Si quieres un buen cambiador y que te dure para bebés de hasta dos años recomiendo mejor el de marca JJ Cole que parece bolso tipo clutch... es buenísimo!! Y tiene muy buen tamaño.Buen material y nos ha salvado de muchas situaciones donde la evacuación fue incontrolable por el pañal. El tamaño está muy bien y es muy sencillo de lavar y limpiar. De igual forma un precio muy accesible. Muy contento con al compra y el envío.Me gusto, esta practico y súper funcional no necesitas una carpa para cambiar a un bebé y este no ocupa mucho espacio en la pañalera, además es económicoEsta muy simple, lo compré porque en las fotos se veía un poco mejor, pero la realidad es que, a diferencia de muchos otros productos similares, carece de secciones para guardar las toallitas húmedas, pañales, etc.viene muy acolchonado, lo que le da sensación de buena calidad, con el tiempo de uso estos productos tienden a romperse, pero es algo normal, solo espero dure más de 6 meses. Por el precio esta muy bien.
