First, the pros.Nice long, thick power cord. The cord is pretty heavy duty and will not be damaged easily. I can reach across 2 rooms as well which is nice and convenient.Very easy to use, even without reading the instructions. Very straightforward.Holds a good bit of water, I was able to do 1 rooms floor, cabinets and window and still have water left in the tank.Fits well under the edges of appliances and cleans against the baseboards decently well.Very organized design. I love the wall mount, bag and case for the attachments. This steam mop stores very neatly.Most importantly, it cleans very well. I have 4 dogs and 3 cats so my floors get gross real quick, and this took care of everything quickly and easily.Cons (more like minor inconeniences)It is not light. Its not super heavy, but it'll wear out your arm after a bit. Unlike simple steam mops which have their water tank and mechanical bits on the "staff" or on the head of the mop, all the heavy stuff is in your hand. Its top heavy and does not stand up on its own. The top heaviness also takes away the advantage that other mops have which is more pressure against the floor. You may have to press down and scrub a little more with this than other mops because the part that actually comes in contact with the floor is so light.The most important attachment (to me), the cloth steamer attachment (which the window squeegee also attaches to) is mildly defective. Im hoping i can contact the manufacturer and have it replaced, because while all the other attachments fit securely, the cloth steamer attachment fits very loosely and wobbles around when I'm trying to use it and will pop off. Im hoping I can buy a replacement for just that attachment otherwise I'll have to the whole replacement kits of all the accessories and thats not necessary..The pad for the flat surface tool is poorly designed. While the floor attachment has a stretchy fitted cloth that works great, the flat surface tools cloth is a pad that velcro on and fits awkwardly, hanging off the edges quite a bit and the edges will flip/fold under while going across surfaces.Lastly, as I'm sitting here writing this I have had the steamer sitting on "pause" on my coffee table with no attachments, twice now it has spit/shot out water. Im thinking it has something to do with pressure in the nosel, but thats something to mention since you may not want to accidently shot your child or pet in the face with hot water.I love this thing. It comes with a bunch of attachments and you can use it to clean SO many different things in your home. Even after vacuuming and mopping my floors this thing picked up soooo much dirt that I was like oh my god. You’ll be cleaning stuff you didn’t even think was dirty until you REALLY clean it with this and realize that a steam cleaner is seriously a staple cleaning tool to have. I bought it for cleaning my upholstered white couch but have used it in sooo many different ways within the first day of receiving it. I also love that it comes with a mount that is capable of keeping all of the different parts together for easy storage. The only thing I don’t love, which other reviewers have mentioned as well, is that it is quite heavy and it can get pretty tiresome to hold down the spray button after a while. I found it less cumbersome when using this as a mop but really tiring when using it to clean grout. Considering how many uses this steamer has for the home I think the price is really good. I actually can’t believe I’ve gone without a steam cleaner for so long.I put off buying this steamer for a long time because it was a bit pricy and wish I didn’t. I first purchased a few other steamer brands here on Amazon, and while they worked ok, I knew there had to be better out there. I saw a video review here with one of the attachments in use (the scraper tool). That is when I eventually gave in because I thought it would be perfect for my particular use. I used this steamer for the first time today and I literally kick myself for not buying it sooner. It outperforms every steamer I’ve purchased by a mile! This is SO perfect for those with pets in their home, particularly if you foster. If you have a “quarantine” room and need to sanitize thoroughly this is an amazing tool to own!!! My only complaint is that the water tank is pretty small, but I know if it was bigger it would be pretty hefty/bulky to hold especially for a petite person like myself. Honestly, even with that small annoyance I still rate it 5 stars. Time will tell how long this will hold up and if anything goes wrong I will update my review! P.S. - Once in awhile they lower the price…. So if it’s a bit out of your price range make sure to check back every so often. That’s what I did and I did get a bit of a discount so I’m pleased!I cleaned my husbands grill today that hadn’t been cleaned in a year. It had at least a quarter inch of burned on grease. It took me a couple hours to clean with this steamer but it did take off all the gunk and grease. I had to fill the water reservoir a few times. And you have to hold the button the whole time. It also can be awkward in tight spaces. But over all I’m impressed with it.Got it during Amazon prime week at a discount. I dont regret it. Love all the attachment it come with. And it did a great job of getting dirt out of cracks of my old linoleum floors and plenty of other things I’ve tried it on, but it is pretty heavy and at times of heavy cleaning like my bathtub I have gotten a blister on the top of my thumb. It does what it’s suppose to but be prepared for a heavy duty machine. I’m still trying to figure out where to purchase some of the extra items that come with it, not the basic like mop pad but the scrubbers attachmentsI’ve tried so many different steam cleaners on my hardwood floors and returned them this is the first product that I found that actually works and stands to its true testimonial. So glad I didn’t give up and gave it one more chance to try one again, definitely will recommend this product.All in all not too bad.The handheld application served our needs but the upright way of use is not very useful.It’s does what it is supposed to do but it’s not as convenient as you wound expect.I will never recommend anyone to buy this product as I’ve waited for this product for a month and then had to wait for the converter. After all this, it didn’t work and had to return the product eventually. Such a waste of time.This steamer is heavy duty and versatile. I love the attachments even I have not tried every one of them yet. The only downside is that some users may find it a bit heavy. However, I think it is built to last. I used other steam mops before and they are built cheaply and do not last.
